These rules apply to everyone who uses Orbit. They exist to keep the platform safe for property owners, managers, and tenants.
Prohibited activities
Unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward tenants, owners, or staff.
Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or probing for vulnerabilities.
Using Orbit to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
Misrepresenting payment receipts, leases, or maintenance records.
Sharing access credentials outside your organization.
Tenant data
Tenant contact and identification information must be collected and stored lawfully under the data-protection rules of your jurisdiction. Use the minimum data needed and keep it accurate.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Orbit, email alphalabtechnology1@gmail.com with details. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
