- What counts as a unit?
- A unit is any rentable space: apartment, house, room, storefront, warehouse bay. We count occupied and vacant units together — so vacancy stays visible on your dashboard, not hidden by billing.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. All plans include unlimited team members with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Manager, Finance, Staff).
- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- You get full Starter access for 7 days when you sign up. No card required to start. Upgrade to Professional or Estate at any time.
- Which currencies do you support?
- Subscriptions are billed in USD. Inside the app you can record rent, receipts, and deposits in USD, GYD, JMD, TTD, BBD, XCD, and more — with each tenant on their own currency.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Orbit never sees or stores your card details.
